lookin good but some of the pics still need resized.. the pic on the front page is 335K.. thats going to be really slow on a dialup connection. A simple resize of the pic helps a lot. If you're changing the size via HTML, you might as well change the pic size too.
You should check out Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks.. they are by far the best and most simplistic editors out there for this kind of stuff. Even the full time webmasters use it.. (actually they usually use photoshop instead of fireworks, but fireworks is much cheaper and works just as good if all you're doing is web stuff). Took me ten seconds with fireworks to reduce your pic size from 335k to 25k and you didn't lose quality. The popup high res photos are nice to have too..
