He's probably bleeding a bit worse then it looks. I would imagine his shoe and sock on the foot that's hanging dirrectly below the break are soaking up a good deal of blood. There is no spurting or gushing, so I agree there probably isn't much if any damage to the major vessels running through his ankle.

The real rub I have though is that these clowns go out there "stunting" with little to no safety gear, have no clue what street they are on, and are more worried about the video camera & looking cool than they are with anything to do with responsibilty. The cameraman that stood there with the, "Hey pal, I'm going to do absolutely nothing but video your foot/leg and your face as you wince in pain", attitude... versus getting in the truck or on a bike and waiting at the end of a street to direct the medics to the seen makes me sick.

Finally got the video to work and man that had to hurt. I wonder if he had on real ridinf boots would that of made a difference?
