Are there any difference between gen3 busa with EU, NA and Japan version?

The only two difference i know is US version does not have immobilizor and displayed in mile per hour instead of KM/h.

The Canadian version doesn't have an immobilizer and is in kms/hr

A little chip in ur key, to make sure this key can only stsrtup ur bike, even if someone steal ur key and make a copy of it.

Right, they don't and the Canadian version doesn't either.....

I can see why the US doesn't need one as they can shoot a thief off theirs but we don't have that privilege here in Canada unfortunately.

NO, the ones sold in INDIA aren't any different.the EX SHOWROOM price is almost 20,500$ and ON ROAD with insurance and registration is aprox 22,600$.
Hayabusa used to be more expencive but after SUZUKI started manufacturing it locally in INDIA prices have come down significantly.
