kewl thread...funny how today's parents showup with cameras and video equipment at the bus stop....
We didn't get buses if you lived withing 5 miles or so......so I got a foot in the butt out the door and was told "don't be late!"
I didn't walk to kindergarten (home a couple of times tho) but I walked unless it was raining (even in snow) from grades 1 to 3.
It was about 2 miles to the school.
Catholic school even!

Hey, I'm gonna be down in Chesapeake visiting my dad the week after the VA ride. We might have to get together and ride down there! I would try and go down the slide, but my fat azz would break it.
