Need feedback regarding 2017 Hayabusa

Hi everyone,
I am planning to buy 2017 Hayabusa which has around 1150 miles. It has custom swing arm, brooks exhaust and some other customization done at dealership. Asking price is $12000. I have shared link below. Please let me know if someone sees any issue with this purchase.

Well the purchase of a bike is a very personal thing, what might be your taste isn't exactly everyone's taste.

The bike looks clean and has low miles. I'm not sure what Hayabusas go for around your area but the price seems a bit steep for me. $13K is approaching brand new unmolested bike prices.

Having purchased a used busa this year, the price doesn't seem too bad. I saw 08's and 09's going for $9-10k and they were selling kind of quick. Dealers were not negotiating too much on their price because their used bikes would sell fast. This was in the near the north east coast of the U.S.

Is it the full exhaust or just a slip on? The swing arm mod would make me look/eval twice but only because of my planned riding intentions with the bike. What other customizations? Price does rival newish - at least here in SoCal - but a full exhaust could be a part of that bump, as could the low mi. Less than 400 mi/yr. I'd say if you get it less than $12k OTD you've made a very good deal

Sorry, it looks like I missed this message earlier.
I believe it is full exhaust since I see following description from Brooks (Alien Head Full System Black 20" Muffler Suzuki Hayabusa).
Yes, I like swing arm (it is just an extension and one can just remove it).
I am in northwest part, hardly few Hayabusa available in market.
Finally, I bought this one little less than 12K. It’s great bike and only complaint is that it is too loud I may buy Brooks noise suppressors.
