Need Help::Dual or Single Exhaust

Before you post, hear me out. I have Beatle Bags that match my Purple/Black colour scheme. The bags are shaped to match the dual cans of the stock system.

I took apart the stock cans, (read: ruined them). So, I can't remain stock and I don't like slip-ons. HMF are too expensive for my budget. I'm looking at either putting Muzzys on ($500) or making my own using Magnaflows ($200).

It would be easier to go with the Muzzy, but will it look too funny with only one cannister?

I think your bike will look strange and out of balance from the rear with only ONE muffler

i thought my bike looked weird at first with only 1 pipe but i love it now.real clean looking by the way i have a hmf low mount big bird system and i love the sound.

Single sided, chain maintenance is sooo much easier.

remember he has those beetle bags. i think it will look odd,especially from the back. Ask real nice,maybe pay the shipping,a member will probably set u up with stock cans for free. I would if I had 'em. Stock cans look wicked polished.

they shine up nice in a half day. Some sandpaper and alloy polish.

They do look good polished. Here's what I think I'm going to go with. I can get them for $84 each.

Aren't they a bit short? Won't they exit under your bags instead of at the rear?

Tip length = 2 1/2"
Can Length = 14"
Connector pipe = 4"

I actually need to cut some of the the inlet pipe off. They should sound alot better than stock. They are a straight through design. I don't know why all others are $500 plus.

Try polishing the stock ones first. Just your time and some elbow grease.

Does anybody have any pictures of Beetle bags on a Busa with single side exhaust?

I have a single oval Yosh pipe on mine, will the beetle bag work?
