Single sided exhaust or dual exhaust?

Man, I though I knew what I wanted but now not so sure. I bet I'll be going back and forth with this till the day I get to order them. thank you all for your input, good ideas for both. So no real power difference, go for what looks/sounds good to me and no tuning issues.

You were actually trying to start a fight :poke:

After you figure out the exhaust you can question us about air filters, oil, and tires

I was a big dual fan but I didn't like the alternatives in my price range. The duals I would use are pushing $2K (Brock's Dual CT's and Ackropovics). Personally the Gen 2 Busa's tail sticks out pretty far out back and a short (or no exhaust on the left side) looks like the bike has an "overbite".

That being said, I love the 4-2-1 options and let's face it, why would a racing bike have 2 exhausts? I finally decided to go with the R-77 Full Yoshimura with CF can. All the bikes I have ever owned were Suzukis so I have had a long admiration with Yoshimura. I love the sound and the power is good. What really made it for me was the chain maintennce though. I did some things to the left side to help with the "overbite" like adding a Puig Hugger and "SUZUKI" sticker on the swingarm. Dynoed out at 182 hp and 107 torque.

Truth be told this is pretty much a purely aesthetic decision (sound & look) because almost all of the choices are good and the Busa has so much engine you won't miss a few ponies here or there anyware unless you drag race.

Just my 2 cents.
