Need Help with replacing grips

Im taking off my stock grips on my 03 Busa. The left rubber grip came off fine, but the right (throttle) grip has a white plastic sleeve under the rubber. Does this come off?? If so ... how?? Thank you

Use an air nozzle, pry up the grip closest to your kill switch and stick the nozzle in then pull the trigger!

The white plastic sleeve is your throttle tube, it stays on. If I'm replacing the grips with new ones, I just slice them lengthways with a razor blade and peel 'em off.
Squirt the inside of the new grip with hairspray and slide it on. When the hairspray dries, it will work like a light duty grip glue.

ah, i like the "hair spray" trick and i never thought of that one.

If you want to save the grips use alcohol on a swab and it will eat the adhesive allowing you to almost pull the grip off. I reused my stock grips when I changed to Heli Bars . Wardie
