need motor rebuilt. where to go?

i have turbocharged busa that i recently messed up a piston in. i have the motor ready to come out and need to find someone to take it to or send it to.
here's what i'm looking to do.
-spacer gasket
-better pistons
-undercut trans
-possible dyno tuning once i put it back in.

i am located in Las Vegas, NV

also what that might cost?
i will have the motor out of the bike myself.
