Need orgs help finding exhaust

Could it have been a custom fab job?

Nope.
Specifically advertised as made for the B-King. As in, direct from Akrapovic.
Unless an independent shop was making them from something else and selling them for B-Kings, but wasn't worded that way.

+1

I looked everywhere as well but didn't find ANYTHING! Will keep an eye out and you sure it was an akro and not some other brand? Like a ti-force or something

I had the Busa...then I upgraded to the B-King.
And yes, I'm sure, I was specifically looking for and at Akrapovic exhaust. No mistakes.
I challenge anyone to find a full B-King specific exhaust other than the Brocks and Boz bros pictured already in this thread.
Nobody else makes them. That's why I was so suprised when I found the full Akrapovic B-King.
I was just looking at prices on the gen2 Busa full single Akrapovic(that I'll most likely get), when I stumbled across what I'm asking about now.

a six..im starting to wonder if what you saw was some hybrid system you saw...if so maby you could get the header for the b-king and use a gp mid pipe and muffler from a 1k...just a thought...:confused2::idea:

After recently reading a reply to a post on the B-King forum this seems to be the case(was about to post this here).
That what I saw was actually an Akra gen2 Busa header, with an Akra short gp style muffler(like the late model gsxr 750s have, and the pics Busa1166 shows in post#16 of this thread).
The member stated that he lived near the Akrapovic plant and has several friends that work there. As he inquired if any full system was made for the B-King. Specifically, it is not.
Even though what I saw was advertised as directly from Akrapovic, it seems as though the shop/distributor was making a hybrid of the 2systems and marketing them as one(maybe that's why I can't find it again, licenseing infringements? I know, I'm reaching here).
Either way, I'll likely just get the gen2 Busa full single Akrapovic with cf muffler. Then buy gsxr passenger pegs that will allow the muffler to bolt to the peg. Without having to make a bracket to mount the muffler to the B-King peg(which of course has no exhaust mount hole).
Now, just to find out exactly what year gsxr passenger pegs(with muffler mount bolt hole on right side only)will fit the B-King.
Thank you for your help. And thank you to everyone else who looked too.
Now I just have to fix the engine, and I can deal with the exhaust next:laugh:

What's wrong with the motor?

Don't know til I take it apart, and it'll be a while before I can start on it.
As of now it has a small oil leak, as well as what looks like water(no color, and there is anti-freeze in radiator).
Coming from right lower side of where the cylinders sit on top of the engine case.
As well as what I recently noticed to be a bead of silicone where the case splits horizontally below that(very hard to see against the black paint on the B-King engine, and blends well an looks like one of the casting lines on the cases).
Looks like the engine was tore down for whatever reason early on(only has 5900 miles on it now, only 300 are mine).
So I won't know if the gasket(s) are bad, or someone rung a bolt off, or if there's a crack until I take it apart.
Justin at Honda east was cool enough to run the vin# for me, but turned up no dealer service records other than the rectifier recall being done.
Otherwise, the bike runs and sounds great:laugh:

I want a full system but still with 2 cans, whats my choices
Best I've seen that is still available is Black Widow.
They make a full dual header with lots of muffler choices(several in cf), great dyno numbers on independent tests on youtube, and some of the best prices I've seen.
I'm going to get a full dual for a gen3 whenever I buy one(they're working on it now).
They are in the UK too.

I spoke to one of the top tuners here in the UK and they specifically said that the only advantage of a full black widow system would be loosing the CAT, they said the headers made no more power than s.tock but the cans were OK, they said only systems that make more power over stock with CATS removed was Akrapovic or Yoshi. Although Im not sure their cans are full carbon, just carbon tips. If you have any dyno sheets to the contrary id be interested to see them.

I prefer full dual Akropovic with cf mufflers, and had them on my gen2, but sadly they are discontinued.
The youtube reveiws of BW are all I have to go on, but they look good to me, and full dual systems are otherwise nonexhistent anymore.
Talk to @ottafish
He had a BW dual header and made good dyno numbers.
He also said the BW quality was better than the full dual Delkevic he had.
His bike has top shelf parts and he knows bikes too, not some guy showing off his shiny exhaust that he knows nothing about.
Talk to him for real world info.
It gave me confidence in BW since I can't get full dual Akropovic anymore.

As @sixpack577 mentioned, I have had a fair play with exhausts on my Gen2.
Went from stock, to dual slip on, to headers with the dual slip ons, to a single to a full Akro w carbon can.

Stock with dual IXIL slip ons
BW headers with dual IXIL cans
BW headers with dual Yoshi slip ons
Delkovic single headers with Yoshi single can
Akro full single with CF can.

The BW and Delk I had ceramic coated to reduce radiated heat.

All I can say is going from oem header with dual IXIL cans to the BW dual headers with same cans, i gained 10hp and 5-6 ft-lbs with really only a flashed ecu and minimal tuning, just enough to make sure the A/F was safe.

The BW quality was better than the Delk in my opinion. The Delk had lots of internal weld splatter that I had to file down. And the BW fitted better also
