Whats the best way to install this thing,,,with the rubber in the mount? Without and Lg washers?
It came with washers,but with the rubber thingie in, the bolt is not quite long enough. What you thinks?

I think you have to remove the rubber grommet. Didn't it come with a aluminum spacer that replaces the grommet?
