Agreed. We have a "delivery fee" on our hydro bill here... as though they load my electricity into a truck and bring it over to my house for me to use. You'd think that when providing an electrical service to a paying customer, getting the product to them would be included in your cost of doing business.

Just like those stupid 'fuel surcharges' when the price of gas went up... again, if in providing your service you need to burn fuel, that's on you, not the customer.

Hi. Here in Ma. they want to add $.62 a gal. So this is for everyone that wants to help the earth from getting to hot. I said the should put a city, county, state and federal tax per gal on al fuel of $5.00 each. This will put fuel here a $23.62 a gal. Hay you want to save the earth this will help.
