New bike, fuel milage, 30 mpg normal?

Under 4000 I still do good. At low rpm's it's easy to twist when you wanna pickup speed. Lower speed pickup cause most to twist more burning fuel fast. A light touch below 4000 you should still see good mpg.

I have about 850 miles on my '06 ...

I get approx 45mpg.

Modded normal riding 37-41
goes down significantly when twisting that right wrist

36 most of the time for me with a few mods on
stock was running 39
