New BUSA Owner from Kansas City

Thanks all for the warm welcome...well the BUSA is going to be down for a little while now, i have pulled all the body work and started the paint prep work, I have decided on a nice Pearl White Paint Job (Paint Code is from the Pearl White Escalade) I am going to do the Hayabusa logos in Silver with Red Highlights should make it stand out pretty nicely...

I just got in my new clutch lever, new Stator Gasket and replacement windshield wellnut...so after paint reassembly will be ready to go...

Going to put on a new back tire here shortly as well...

Getting her all clean and shiny while she is naked too...

That is all for now...

Sounds like that's going to be one nice bike, maybe we'll get a chance to meet up on the Plaza, or Power and Light district.

Definitely, I meet up a with a lot of local friends near the plaza from time to time....We will have to set something up...I might be out later this afternoon, not sure where ill be riding though.

Getting ready to strip the BUSA down and paint prep....

Any issues anyone has had taking all the plastics off of their bikes to prewarn me about?

Well after much painstaking work and about 6 tries, I finally got the Suzuki Factory Stator Gasket Delivered to my house and installed on my BUSA...The Oil Leak from the old cracked and scratched Stator Cover is finally over...HOORAY...

Now If I could just finish Paint Prep, I could really see some progress...

I wish I would have known... I think I have a gasket in my garage you could have had...
