hell yea thanks for all the replies and the welcomes, feel right at home already.
big thanks to busabret for the link to the no-cost fender eliminator, can't beat free that's for sure 80 bucks put towards the exhaust already
team white busa all the way, were hunting down the BB's bring it! Really came down to the fact that the dealer only had 2 white busa's while I was there and once I was approved for the 0 down 0% I was going to walk out with one of the two, had a choice of the k12 bland white or k11 pearl white I opted for the pearl liked it better. Dunno which I would have chose if i had the choice though of black or white cause I personally think the white turns more heads except that black with red trim busa....mmm yea
but would have been nice to match the helmet a bit but it's all good.
Any of the Texas guys know of some local Austin, Satown, busa clubs? def wouldn't mind hearing a few of them that do have slips ons installed cause I'm gonna try to buy the set next week if possible cause already had to grab one rejects attention today in the HEB parking lot just oblivious as could be on her cell phone tries to pull out 10 feet in front of me, I was impressed she even stopped when i revved the bike, guess the stock pipes are a little louder than I thought...that or my imp's exhaust system has made me go deaf a bit.
either way first major upgrade is the slip ons.
thanks again for all the welcomes all can't wait for some more seat time on the rocket sled tomorrow, and watch my poor bank account dwindle down
