I was pretty amazed at how easy it is to cruise around town on this machine. Then I went to the interstate. I noticed that I need some practice in throttle control... I would be cruising at 70mph then drift down to 60..then i'd go to pass someone and hit like 95. I guess that comes with time!

I put the rear cowl on when I got home.

Also put up a picture of my helmet. guy gave me 100 dollars off the helmet and 20% off everything else gear related i got. and the helmet was on sale. picked it up for $80. and he threw in a chrome visor

Now first things first.....REMOVE the STICKERS they slow you down... They have built in rev limiters

Sometimes it's better to pass people quickly though (on two lane HWYs). What gear did you use to pass?

That twist on the throttle will take you to where you want just quicker than you think

6th! i didnt dare down shift on the ride back home. i either stayed in a lower gear or had it in 6th

I GOT OFF AN SCREAMING EAGLE FATBOY i thought that was so big -bad then got to ride my friends busa,never looked back,smooth as silk on the high way.Liked it so much i bought the 07 08 heres a picture(being that i havent been on the bikes in a while ,i cant seem to get enough of them)oh and congratulations-sorry im on my laptop no pictures today,my main computer will not turn on, the on-off button when depressed just flashes,wont stay lit.
