not guna pass judgement here, bcuz I'm pushin 30 n I ride like an 18yr old most of the time!

but it sounds like you have a good attitude toward your new bike, which is vital with the busa-any lack of respect on your part could be fatal with this machine...I've ridden for four years prior to getn my busa, n had my baby all of 2 n a half months bfore I slid it into a curb and barrel-rolled 20 yards from 50mph in a t-shirt. Being reckless or showboating can be the end of your riding season in a split second. Be careful n welcome aboard-congrats on your new ride.

Oh yeah and the way I learned to respect a bike if I think i can handle it with no experience. 3 years ago I was a junior in HS. school just got out for summer break. My friend calls me up and asks if i want to go trail riding. I said hell yeah..got my ttr250 out and met him. when i arrived he pulled out his new 2003 kx250!!..things start to happen..and along comes a dare...i bet you cant jump my 2stroke...(me) yes i can....jump ARRRGGGG...2 screws and 2 days and a now repaired smashed ankle...i am in a cast...i was in it for 4 1/2 months. ruined my summer vacation..NOT FUN!!!

Wow.........

The only thing I can say was..that MSF course was 2.5 years ago when i had just turned 18. I only had 6 months of motorcycle riding under my belt. So yes I was stupid...but read above and find out disrespect and being stupid gets you hurt. found out the hard way.

I have learned to respect the bike..and any bike i get on.
