Here it is 2007 all stock 2K miles on it. I have had all sports bikes before I bought the V-Rod, only bought the V-Rod cause I was gonna use it for 2 up but when i ride the bike solo I over ride it.

The easy way to reatin the dual can exhaust system would be to get a slip-on kit. There are many out there and even when you narrow it down to CF cans. Most of the full exhaust systems tend to switch to the one can exhaust so there aren't to many full dueal can systems out there. I think Yoshi has one and I know HMF does. Hopefully someone else here will know more.

There are lots of threads on the topic of undertails so I would suggest the search funtion on the site. Undertails tend to come down to each persons personal preference. So it's very difficult to say which is the best.

As for the rear sets, most if not all of them have more than enough adjustment that you're looking for. The price on these swing pretty wide. Vortex is one that not to expensive, there's also Arata, TiForce, Gilles, LSL, Sato, and lots more. Pick a few that you like and that are in your price range. Then post a vote thread and you'll get some more specific feedback from the members.

Tryin to find an undertail that keeps the stock light.
I founf the HMF high mounts i like the look of them and the psistion of the pipes.
Im spending about 2500 on the bike ATM.
Full Exhaust, undertail, Rearsets, Levers, PAIR block offs, BMC filter, and a power Commander.
