yes, you need both HF parts.. one is the regular tire machine with bead breaker and the other is the motorcycle wheel adapter..

Thank you Randy. I thought about drilling the floor and installing anchor, then bolt the tire machine down when I want to use it, and then I have the option to remove it when not in use.

Yep, I dropped in two 3/8" anchor bolts just for that reason..
