welcome Northern Indiana here so I'm freezing my _ _ _ _ off with you congrats on the purchase! spend your cold days getting to know the bike look it over so when you have to maintenance it will cut down on your down time...take a scotch bright pad to those shinny new tires before you go out and ride the twist's

Twistys in So IL you've never visited have you

It is very good advice though as we do have an occasional curve here and there. I did look mine over real well when I bought it, was more of a stare that lasted sometimes for hours on end though. Oh and with a permanent smile often wondering what I had gotten myself in to.

Thanks everyone for all your help, I got the rear seat off and I
got the owners manual out read it cover to cover, not much to do
in a winter storm last night but dream of riding the new bike. My wife
and I are so excited about this new bike. It only has a mile and half on it.
I road up the street Saturday night when we got home with it. Awesome power
alot more than my old CBR 600. I think we are going to love

But thanks again for all you help, I will get pictures posted soon of our baby.
