hmmm .. 20 years old on a hayabusa as a first street bike... i think its a bad idea.. but you do what you want... just get gear and make sure you have medical coverage (not sure what your working situation is like or if youre under your parents)... even a simple broken ankle or wrist can set you back 10k
AGATT! Ask yourself a honest question. Can you get out of "oh ****" situation with your busa? Do you even know what the "oh ****" senarios are like? Be very careful and see you on the road. Posted via Mobile Device

My .02 cents...respect it and it'll respect you. I messed up by getting a sv1000s as my first bike. I rode it for like 6 months, traded it in for my 08' busa. Its up to you..you control how fast it goes!!
to the family. Outside of what everyone is saying so far I am going to say that you have a BEAST on your hands and if you don't fear it then I hope that you RESPECT it! I have seen way to many people get 600's and lose all respect for them a month after getting them. And then they WRECK! You have what everyone works up too! So take your time. You have a cage if you want go fast...Just gear up and sit at the back of the pack and watch and learn.. Remember always go at your own pace. You don't have to keep up.. JMO enjoy yourself and the baddest beast around!!
