The previous owner did do a custom paint, decals, turn signals, and LED rear taillight on it. It is not an LE. But everything else is stock...., for now.

I believe it IS an LE if its an 06'. LE's in 2006 had the only option with a black frame and silver rims. (unless he painted the frame and swapped the rims too (<doubtfull)) What does the "triple tree" say?
