Danny-
My buddy has a 99 Busa with D208s. I have a 99 with Michelin Pilot Sport HPX. I have a Pilot Race up front. Same sizes, both 190 rear. We did a lil test. Both of us set up our suspension exactly the same. We then went riding. We switched bikes, back and forth. When I got on his, I swear, I was having to work a lot harder to get through the corner. The HPX/Race combo just "fell over" in the corners. We both agreed that the D208s were not near as fun and required a lot more effort to corner fast on.
I have always been a Dunlop man, never ran anything else. But I now have seen the light.
Now I gotta get a pilot sport on tha front and see how much it changes.
For you wondering why I got a Race on da front, I bought it from a Japanese dealer, and they love to put GP-type rubber up front over here.
Hope this helps,
-Bill
