Hi all I'm new to forums so I hope you all give me a break. Just sold my beloved 1992 Yamaha FZR 1000 with 92000 miles on it. I am going to buy a used busa as soon as I find the right one. I looked at a 06 with 5100 miles on it and parking lot tip over damage on both sides. Every panel was scratched except the gas tank. The guy wanted $6900 for it and I walked away. I would welcome any advice on purchasing a 05 or 06 busa.

as far as your question goes, I just bought an 06' silver and blue with 2400 miles on it 2 weeks ago with very minimal damage and all reciepts for the maintenece for $8500 out the door. I hope this info helps you, and dont worry you will find the right busa for you.

Have you checked with your local dealers. There are still a few new 06 and 07 Busas around for great prices.

I purchased my 05 from a dealer trade in. Keep looking for a good bike, you will find it. Also, have a look in our for sale section, we have some members will some very nice rides. Welcome to the oRg.

Keep looking; you'll find the right one. I don't know of any bike made that I'd rather be riding than my 'Busa.

Welcome aboard! I use to love that bike back in the day(FZR 1000). Was it red and white like a candy cane? 92,000 miles is awesome looks like you liked it too!
