Beautiful bike. Is that the way it came from the factory? Seems like something's been changed or painted no?

What I know from the dealership is that the previous owner lowered the bike, removed the strip decals from her and put reflective kanji on the front. Left the front and back suzuki decals only. Changed the front windshield, and put blue led lights under the fairings which help with visibility at night.
Overall a great bike.
