New York shooter

If it goes to jury trial, and a jury of his peers says he gets a light sentence (I have little doubt he killed the guy), then it would be hard to argue how the citizens feel about it. Many many Americans have lost loved ones to a broken healthcare system. And the dead CEO runs one of the biggest perpetrators of it.

I was in a waiting room of an infectious disease office yesterday. About 15 people waiting. This topic came up. Not one person that participated in the convo had one good word to say about the company he represented. None came out in defense of the killing, but every person that spoke had a story of loss at the hands of UHC.

So in court if UHC can be shown to be responsible for many lives lost or severely diminished, this kid can garner some amount of sympathy from a jury.

It's sort of like if a citizen had murdered Jeffrey Dahmer, what jury would want to send them away for doing it.
Last I heard, juries don't dish out sentences. That's the judges job. All juries do is render verdicts for the charges that the defendant has been charged with. At least this is how I see it reported.

You directed your short story towards me, his post wasn't....it would have been up to kiwi rider to do so if he chose to......

I had this conversation with another on this forum that would post gigantic posts and told him the same thing....the military brainwashed me into thinking that brevity is our friend......
I fixed it for you in the quote. The last line was edited by me. Not your words, so don't chastise me for putting words in your mouth.

Like I said, some things need more than sound bites.

I seem to remember legal defense funding for Kyle Rittenhouse. What's the difference, besides what side they are on?
Never said there was a difference. You planning on drifting to a point anytime soon in your future?

Or are you going to stick with the whole worn out race baiting tactics?

A judge can't sentence on a not guilty verdict.

Hey he didn't try and make some stand on your mis spelled words.

The best part of it all is........you have zero clue as to what you are speaking on.

Unless you did time in uniform, don't try to tell me anything about what the military did or didn't do......

I don't need my quotes corrected.....

Hey I've blocked the block head that did that to my post in an attempt to change what I said. If you can't make your point using your words, don't change someone else's.
I made it very clear in the same post that I was changing his words. And not just a "there, I fixed it for you".

I have United Health Care, and they have been very good for me. I also have VA health care due to AO exposure. Not having been injured while on active duty I would have to pay the VA for coverage. I keep my VA insurance, but use UHC , seems a better choice for me.

If you are generally in good health, they all are pretty decent.
