No start issue.. I'm stumped

Sounds like injectors arnt operating, tip over switch? Any fault codes in dealer mode on the dashboard? My bike was only putting out 32psi but still ran ok 2000 RY model, since changed to a pump in tank set up.

I am having the same issue with my 99 Hayabusa, new fuel pump, but the pressure is still low, also replaced fuel filter, and fuel lines supply and return. Battery is brand new. The fuel lines are not OEM, starting to wonder if i should order new OEM lines, or look into a faulty regulator?

I Just went through the same problem. the first time it was sputtering at low RPMS and lacking power. I noticed not enough gas presuure coming out of the pump, so I took the fuel pump out and found the regulator was loose and almost out all the way, so i popped it back in. several months later the bike would not start. For the second time the fuel regulator popped off the fuel pump because of the small bracket that holds it in place. So I tie wrapped it and the put the bracket on. Problem solved. Started right up. You cannot strap a hose clamp to it because it will not go thru the opening for the fuel pump on the tank. Good luck out there.

I was going to say are you sure the plug wires are on the right plug! Maybe that was it and he didn't want to post!
