Nor Cal Pashnit tour

I just finished detailing my bike (so I can get it dirty) and fully loading it with "what a man needs for five days on the highway". I put EVERYTHING I thought I'd need (you guys can picture the list, I'm sure) anyways, all baggage totals 46 lbs. I was surprised how light it came out, thought it would be more like 65 lbs. In the pictures, the light stuff is purposely on the extreme tail...bike cover, cleaning towels, etc. I tried it around locally and couldn't even feel the baggage thanks to the Ventura luggage system. I'll post the whole picture thing when I return...10 guys meet at a coffee shop in Sausilito (just north of GG Bridge at 7:00am, briefing, then we're off! Costal range northbound. Having toured extensively, I'd say that you have WAY too much stuff. Be prepared for a 45 mph average speed too.

Thanks you guys, I guess I should have explained that 70% of the ride is out of one motel up in the northern corner of CA so I won't be carrying all this stuff in the mountains!
