Like the topic says, I'm a man of few words. So I'm going to keep this short. I'm 31 and have only owned 1 motorcycle in my life - an 02 Suzui SV650. Owned it for a year. And have now been without a bike since october-ish.

I went to test drive a few bikes yesterday, and one was an 05 Busa (can be found here - www.bobzbikz.com the black and red one) NOT affiliated with this business. I test drove 3 bikes and liked the busa best.

I guess my main question is the price. He did come down just a bit, but not under 8k.

I'll go back to my corner and watch now.

They were both 06's Bro, I would look real good at both and research the bikes especially the one with 11,000 miles.

Good point there...

When they quote you make sure it is the OTD price with tags...(can add up really fast)

TAX can be an easy $600+

I only saw to busa's and both were 06 I would offer 8.5 for the LE (white) and would NOT go over 8 OTD for the Red one. Keep looking if he says no . There are ALOT of deals on gen 1 busa's out there

Welcome to the Org! IMHO both are "Dealer Priced" In other words go private and save thousands or as some have suggested already find a leftover 07 for darn near what they are asking for that 06.

BTW NADA Lists the Standard 06 as $6710 to $8825 and the Limited $7060 to $9290

This is true I just purchased my first Busa a month ago 2007 0 miles for $8700 the dealer said it was a clearance bike due to the new 08's coming in. He said no one will buy the 07 because the 08's are faster....he was wrong. 187mph is fast enough for me....hell 90 is fast enough with all the critters we got running around here all the time. Of course the guy I just quoted can vouch first hand about the critters.
