Neat. 12V micro switcher in the trunk. Nice setup. From experience..... TIP....

Goto a jewler and get a watch crystal lens about the size of your camera in the nose section. Adhere it to the front of the camera with a good silicone type sealant so it can be removed but not damaged. The watch lens shouldnt distort the pic any as well as since it will be a perfect fit it will keep bugs from destroying the actual lens. You will appreciate it much much more.

Not close to the HD space you're holding but will difinetly leave hump space for rain gear. Its packed with alot of features, for example composition inputs and out etc. .

i know thanks. I also know this Archor unit. It's good but the resolution of the video is less then my. So i have 570x430.
Thats should have.

Anyway also great idea.
