I'm not a doctor, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once The contortions cause no harm. For some reason their tendons don't harden like the rest of us.

They may develop any number of nasty problems during their life. Symptoms may include everything from visual problems, to heart valve problems, aorta ruptures, platelet abnormalities..........

So, while limberness and very lax skin may look cool and impress, sadly there is a dark side to this disorder.
