addition to my post above:
what is really important is that the bike is vertical, especially in the transverse direction.
only a few degrees (4-5 or so) incline and there is no more oil level visible and it looks as if there is too little in it.
it's not that important in the longitudinal direction, because then the level is only slightly slanted in the viewing window, which can be "mediated" purely visually.
if you want to make it easy for yourself, look for a suitable spot at home with a leveling tool and mark it.
then by means of a main stand or a middle lifter, such as
this one e.g. ,
jack up the motorcycle right there, and then check the oil level.
you should check the level every 2500 km anyway and where is that better than at home / in ur workshop?
i do that with my middle jack on my fixed and leveled lifting platform
