oil ????

Ok , there will be no definitive answer to this question just opinions. My bike is used strickly for drag racing no street use. Mabey 75 miles in a season. So how offten should the oil be changed? I"m thinking at the end of the race season, or when ever a clutch goes up in smoke. So only making one change a year, I should pay the extra bucks and use royal purple. what do yall think?

I would use 10/40 non synthetic and change it every couple of passes and def when you smoke a clutch

thanks for every ones in put, I think I"ll give this a try, its alot cheaper than the purple. And just for the sake of argument, why would you think it needs to be change so often? most street bikes go 3000mls and i know you guys run the crap out of those bikes. I"m putting less than 100 mls on the bike over the coares of the summer racing. I change the oil in my vtx every 5000 and I"ve run that bike as hard as any one ever a bike. 52000+mls and no problems

im new to the busa world just bought mine 5 days ago but two things if oil broke down in three months them how can they store it the other thing is i run the purple stuff in my tl1000r made a big diffrence on how well it runs locked up the motor with moble 1 and will never run it agine try the purple stuff there is a reason more and more people use it in racing i am changing the oil in my busa next weekend to purple its worth the money
