Ok fact checkers what say you?

Very good, I hope you read the whole thing. It's kind of a key point that investment money follows profits. Investments are made for a return, our 401k's, pensions, our banks and credit unions. When things aren't working the investments move on. That is the precise reason that we should strive to keep our country competitive and productive. Romney taking flack because he invested in a company here, through an investment firm he left in 1999, because it is moving production to China in 2012? We need to quit thinking in terms of "fair" in favor of the term "competitive". With a global economy, look how many foreign firms operate here, should their leaders ban the activity? We are falling in global standing and spending into debt. Taking an anti-business, anti success, and bigger government approach is just short sighted. The only possible competitive element is that when our dollar is worth about $0.02, all the labor intensive jobs will return, we can dig coal with picks & shovels again for the rest of the world. :banghead: Just remember that every American is invested in the lame investing coming out of DC, gonna be a sad return. I am sure that Solyndra is toast, they were a customer - Fact checked. ???

thats nonsense! any investment made whether if its in the private sector of thru the govenment is made with the objective of making money.

they were not charitable donations Obama made for cleaner energy???. they were failed investments. just because those companies invested in are aimed at clean energy doesnt mean they invested in those companies without the goal of making a profit.

clean energy just happned to be what they were investing in. the private sector invests in clean energy all the time for profit. the government is no different. they just happened to be poor investments.
