Ok, silly question for switch in HID circuit.

You show me where we can get a DEI528T for $10 or less and I'm ordering a stockpile. I get mine wholesale for $.20 above DISTRTIBUTOR cost and we can't get them that cheap. Mickey Shorr list them at 46.95, but there ain't no way i'd ever pay that.

Ok, so I'm not the only one who thought that when I saw it.

Thanks guys. I went ahead and installed the switch. Very happy so far. I didnt want to spend that much on a relay right now.

Well I bought mine off ebay. It worked for me, I bought two of them.

$4.99 Each and $10.98 shipping for both, for a total of $20.96.

So, it was a tad over $10...

Maybe this link will work... BRAND NEW DEI 528T PULSE TIMER RELAY - eBay (item 290266258304 end time Oct-14-08 14:45:40 PDT)

No ****.......there's a first! Guaranteed to be stolen!!!! But hey, gotta get what you can get, when you can get it. What about warranty issues? If that delay fails can you get it handled in a timely fashion or are you down for a few? Depending on any1's situation the lil' extra cheese could be worth it, ya know!? I do a bit of custom work, so I get mine locally and if I have a prob, it's a same day handle. But I suppose if you were to get a stock-pile of them, you could make the necessary repairs and deal with wararanty issues later. BUT YES, DAMN GOOD PRICE. Live and learn. Thanks for the info. And finally, guess that just shows to go ya, thats what this forum and brotherhood is all about.....................:beerchug:

I usually buy things in pairs, so I bought two, used one and have a spare in the drawer. At that price it was easy to get a spare and will probably end up installing it on someone else's bike in the near future. I'm not too worried about it failing.

Glad I was able to bring some light to the situation....

been looking on ebay for more deals like that.........non-existant. that link you sent was a month old (obviously), but haven't been able to find any others

Keep looking, it all depends on how much of a hurry you are in. I just happened to look and when i saw the price, I jumped on it. I should have bought all of them...

i'll definitely keep looking cuz if I can save my customers any loot, they'll be happy, ya know. I mean, i get a screamin' deal from my vendor, but thats still a phenominal price. my vendors even looking into it cuz he says that's like more than 1/2 his cost off.
