I know where there is a road that will warm up them brakes. Wait til ya get to part where ya bleed the brakes it can be a real pain. I am not so sure that bedding in is needed but they do get better with some use.
Without some bed in, you can destroy a set of rotors and possibly kill yourself too.

(BA BUSA @ Feb. 04 2007,02:41) From EBC website...pad break in procedure.

9. Bedding in EBC pads
In Street use situations …
Very good info.. You might have saved me a set of rotors as well as my arse..

Normal riding will get the same thing done. How will I destroy a rotor with normal operation? With the beding procedure you could destory a set of rotors also. This is like the whos oil is best discussion. What ever works. PopsRoos you let me know if you get those brakes bleed in 5 minutes. I will be impressed if you do. Speed bleeders work best for me.

Hey Kevin looked for your number lost it..

Galfer wave rotors ebc hh pads and hel lines front and rear. GSXTacy you an PopsRoos should follow the manufactures guide lines to the letter when it comes to your brake install. I did not. I put them all on at the same time and then I rode it like I always do. None of that bed in stuff.Did they stop well at first? No but after a few miles and stops they work fine. Did I ruin the rotors I dont think so. Did I die while I was doing it? I dont think so. If I did hell must have froze over cause it sure is cold here. So BaBusa tell me how I will destroy the rotors and kill myself if I dont do it like you said. I put rotors and brake pads on almost everyday of the week so I got some idea of how they work and I almost never use the bed in method. Nothing destoryed and no one has died yet

Poppy, thats the best price you are going to find, trust me, I shopped around. I should have mine later this week.
