Well, I remember my old 750 "Felt" Quicker than the Blackbird.  But it was just the way the power "hit".  The Busa was prolly the same way for you.  No real "PEAK" really just that mass of Torque spead evenly.  So the 10R has to be a trip to ride... edgy. All the power with a 1/3 less calories...  bound to be entertaining...

Yeah, powerband is a term that is lost on busa owners. It pretty much goes from just off idle to fuggin' redline.

Ridin' a bike that lacks the low end torque but hits like a damned Louisville Slugger when it finds it's sweet spot is definitely an eye openin' experience.

I'll see what I can come up with for the sig line...
