Thats why I love the beach Keith,because in the north it is cold and rainy 7 months of the year.

I've been both places. Wandered the streets,caught buses,didn't have a problem either place.

In Mex we stayed at a family friendly resort called the Royal De Cameron. 500 rooms,its own security staff,pretty safe,bottled water,A/C,3 or 4 bars,5 pools,ocean sports,beach volleyball,free drinks,free food,free room service,free scuba lesson,beautiful spot right on the beach.The town of Busarius is walking distance,Puarto Vallarta is a 45 minute,2 dollar bus ride away. It was prolly a 50/50 split at that resort,half families,half couples and singles.

In Vegas,it seems there's just one casino after another.Drinks are not cheap.Food is not cheap. There are other things to do like the Hoover dam,etc,but the place is pretty hot and dry.Folks will also ride in,and thats not something I want to worry myself with. I'll hopefully have a licence back by then,and I know my Bro BaBusa would trailer in a ride for me,but I'm such a gear Nazi,I dont think I could ride as fast as I would want too,semi-gearless...or else sweating my bag off.

Good Points I suppose, I can see the hole bikeless thing easier there than vegas for sure, and like I said I don't really want to go to Vegas but I have other reasons too.

I just Dunno, the whole tropical thing, totally had my fill in Florida.

No worries though, ain't no thing. I'm sure lot's of folks would enjoy Mexico, and I've always heard good things about the resorts down there.

I've done 3 cruises to cancun area,cozumel, playa del carmen etc and have never had any troubles Mexico has my vote!!! but if majority rules I could do vegas even though its more expensive
