I rode Harleys for almost 20 yrs, thanks to my ex, and becoming the custodial parent, 14 years have passed with out.
When I first starting riding, people that owned Harleys rode thier bikes instead of the bikes being corner cafe bling, the shame.
I decided to try someting else, cause I no longer fit in, it was a stroke of genius.
I've always liked Suzuki, and wanted a Katana when they first came out, but never took the plunge. When the Hayabusa came out it peaked my interest and I've wanted one since. I deciced a couple months ago to kinda shop around, this week I came across a sale at a local dealership that had a new 2007 at a vary reasonable price. Yesterday I became the proud owner of a beautiful blue Hayabusa that now has over 200 miles on it and would have more except for a sudden thunderstorm. I'm taking it easy for break in, but it is hard to keep her going slow. Today was winding mountain roads, the bike really hooks through curves, its going to be hard to keep my butt outta the seat, I'm addicted.
