Raise the rearI know this! If you don't have a fix, then Ride On!
Our you talking about the lower screw or the top screw that has the (S) and the (H)? Also, which one will keep the pressure from going down on to the tire? Thanks for your reply! I wasn't being hard, I'm just in the military!Dang smoke, gettin kinda harsh sounding torwards BA.
Onto the problem, crank up the preload on the rear.
It should be on the spring. You'll need a special wrench if I'm not mistaken (I'm not too familiar with the busa, yet) I've helped GMbusa with his, and I think it requires a spanner wrench. When looking at the shock, you have the spring over it, and at the top or bottom of the spring there is a preload adjustment (basicly tightens the spring, also very slightly rauses and lowers the bike). I hope I explained it well enough. Unfortunately I suck at directions. Hopefully someone can get on here and explain it better. Our you talking about the lower screw or the top screw that has the (S) and the (H)? I don't know about those. I wouldn't touch them. What BA said is what I was going for. What about the gold color pins just below the (p) in the wor Spring and the one above the Circled area?
Those are the suspension adjustment screws....one is form compression and the other is for rebound, check your owners manual they have some recommended settings and explain how to do it. For now just crank up some tension on the spring....it's called adjusting the PRELOAD.What about the gold color pins just below the (p) in the wor Spring and the one above the Circled area?
