so i think i narrowed it to the pirelli diablo or the metzler m-3. anyone have any first hand experience with this tire in this size? which one would you all recommend? metzler is a little bit more pricey it seems, is it worth the etrxa money?

Dunlop SportMax Q2 has 200/50ZR17 High Performance Street;
Dunlop Qualifier has 200/50ZR17 High Performance Street;

Here are two tires. I haven't had any experience with them.
I use only Dunlop tires on my 2008 Kawasaki Concours14.
I just purchase a 2011 Suzuki GSX1340R Hayabusa Pearl Mirage White.
Once my stock tires wear out I will being using one.

thanks for the input. i ran the qualifier personally and was not happy with it compared to others of that time. my only reason for not trying the Q2 dispite others good luck with them. i heard good things so far about the metzler m3, i think i would be happy with them compared to the Q2. i guess the pirelli fell of the chart now days unless you run the corsa III or the supercorsa which are $$$. which are damn good tires just pricey compaerd to others i seen. appreciate you input though, thank you

Use 190/55 profile in trac and fast corners you see different , more side wall in the road

i wouldnt run the 200. you do lose a little handling. it has a touch of a flater profile then the 190. and as stated above the pilot power is almost a 200 by measurment. yet you retain the profile of the 190.

I wouldnt but dunlops on anything i own period after my experience with their stupid 2 ply crap. When in corners hard you can feel the transition in the rubber. I hated it. I didnt mind the original dunlops so much but even they lacked in the grip department. I have been running pilot powers since they come out with a few detours here and there and i wont use another tire.
