Looks nicsss. Going to Van Nuys Suzuki tomorrow and get mine.
I mean I really want a gen3 too but I'm sure that's many years away from happening, hopefully by then they've figured out our to make one in the fastest COLORI just want the jacket!!!!!!
Couldn’t agree more. I had to return my first pair of gp1 gloves and even the next size larger was still pretty tight.Alpinestars run notoriously small in everything they make.
I have a pair of their Air guantlets in xl.
I had to wet and stretch the fingers repeatedly to make the glove fingers longer.
And if the wrists were any smaller, I literally wouldn't be able to get my hands in them.
I could not find them in xxl, and am currently looking for better fitting summer gloves.
Does the system of wetting them work? And you have stretched them by wearing them or with some tool. I also have the problem of tight new gloves. A thousand thanks sixpack577Alpinestars run notoriously small in everything they make.

Good advice, I picked up a new pair of Alpinestar gloves and the thumb is too short. After an hour of riding my thumbs were numb and I had to take them off. I will have to give this a try.Yes sir, wetting new leathers, gloves, jacket, pants, etc Does work.
If you soak new leathers, and ride til dry a time or 2, like in the summer storms we get here, the leather will soften, an conform to Your shape more as it dries.
It becomes a more custom fit.
For the gloves, I used .5" piece of brass round bar with a smooth end(just because I have it and it works), and with the gloves wet, I repeatedly pushed and tugged at the glove fingers and thumbs, individually, and putting my hands in and out several times.
Since there are multiple pieces of leather stretching a small amount, I was able to get the pressure off of my fingertips.
This took a couple times out riding, but is always worth it.
This particular model of glove has wrist openings that are too small, and it takes alot of effort for me to get my hands in and out of them. Nothing can be done there because of heavy stitching, but it has loosened ever so slightly.
And I'm ok with durable, now comfortable gloves that'll stay on if I need them to.
As for wetting jackets and pants, I found they fit better in the armpits and hips once the leather stretched and dried on you.

My gloves have tight wrist band as well...once your hands start to get a bit sweaty, getting them on and off is a chore..Yes sir, wetting new leathers, gloves, jacket, pants, etc Does work.

There are expanders for footwear...Thanks really very useful. I was hoping to find a tool like that to widen the shoes, but it doesn't seem to exist. And then I'll put your advice to work
in my poor English, I meant a tool similar to that for shoes, but it doesn't existThere are expanders for footwear...
