Our Humps (Trunk) suck, ah just a little frustrated.

I went to the grocery store yesterday, for two cans of broth. Small normal size cans, figured I did not need the backpack for that, they will surely fit in the hump. I get out the store, and attempt to stick them in the hump (In the trunk, not actually in the Hump itself) and sure enough, they don't I was like WTF! Come on this big A** hump can't fit two small cans, I could fit all kinds of stuff in my 02 Gixxer tail and it looked way smaller. Anyhow, just venting, had to ride home with a can in each pocket of my jacket, was a little uncomfortable. You would think Suzuki would have allowed more room in there to make it a bit more useful, I know there are products out there to help, but sheesh, come on Suzuki. I am done, thanks for letting me vent.

I'm doing the hump storage mod the weekend. I'm going to try something different.. I'll post some pics if I am succesful. If not, you'll never know... buuhaahaa....

I bought a packable back pack from Target in the camping area. Fits inside the hump with no mods and still have some room left. If I am out and about and the wife calls and need something it's perfect. Best deal for 15 bucks.

I saw one once somewhere, Where the hump stayed attched to the bike and lifted open on a hinge once you turned the key to unlock it.

Wish I could remember where I saw it, Would love to have one.

Maybe I will just create my own. ???
