First: Welcome aboard. There are lot's of wonderful people on this board from the PNW.

Second: As you already know we get limited days of beautiful riding weather during the year. Yesterday was one of them. You waited 7 hours, on a great riding day, to get a response and called it quits?

I was out riding more time than that yesterday. Why weren't you?

We sometimes will go without a single post in this section for a few days. It usually happens when the riding weather is good. I'd be out riding right now if I didn't have to work today.

I also was there on Saturday. From about 2 to 5 pm mostly in the route from the park entrance to Paradise.

Too bad we didn't meet.

Welcome.  The road conditions generally improve as you go further north.  I'm also in Everett.  I pop down to Seattle a couple of times a month.

Well Doug,  I have yet to see you come and ride with us in this area.  We have some GREAT roads and the conditions are awesome!!!!! Please come and join us some time.

OH....and welcome Chris!!!! Glad you have joined the forum!!!!

When and where? I can pop down that way this coming weekend if I get the tires changed by Friday. I'm looking foward to the stickier Vipers. My BT015's are beginning to loose grip a bit earlier now. The front tire is less than 2mm to the bottom in the center and sides. The rear is .43mm in the center, and 1.8mm on the sides.

Well today when I was riding home on the freeway my bracket that holds my NOS bottle on broke . I hit a pothole and the bike bottomed out hit the bottle and just snapped the bracket . It went under my rear tire but didn't affect me , but it did bounce and hit the side of a new BMW. I gotta call my insurance tomorrow.

That had to feel like hitting a curb at speed. Ouch. Good save.

Yea I think that just the bouncing every day wore on the bracket . It didn't hit the ground first . It was pretty wild going over the bottle , I thought the chain snapped at first but nope . Oh well talked to the insurance today and they will be taking care of it .

Wow sorry I didn't jump to welcome you! Did you read I could have been killed on the freeway doing 65mph by riding over a NOS bottle ? I had a few things going on my mind but welcome or whatever.

Your bottle wasn't close to the ground so that hole must have been a Crater...Glad your okay...

Hey Daniel I will need an estimate on replacing the braket and bottle . Also a new line ,and gauge . Aim High its for insurance .
