Pair block off gaskets?

What do y'all use for gasket on the PAIR block offs?

You can get some gasket material at any auto parts store and make your own.
Some kits come with gaskets; the BDE kits have O-rings installed on them.

i think i'm gettin the A.P.E. kit so that has gaskets
