I just went to Home Depot and picked up some 5/8 plastic furniture leg tips and worked fine.

When you install an after market exhaust they can pop and crackle on deceleration. But, when you install this mod that goes away....

IMOP the factory knew best! I wouldn't modify this without installing an after market full exhaust system. Oh, and I did the marble mod... Works flawless

I have slip-ons and did the marble mod..... works great. No more popping.

Is the popping on decell bad for the bike? My K8 does it a little since the full Yosh R77 but not too bad. It doesn't bother me and I was wondering if it hurts anything if I leave it alone?

Good question ... even though I did the marble mod. all ready, will it cause any problems by blocking off the pair/reed valve? Will I gain or loose HP? What is the effect of this mod. other than to stop the popping of the exhaust?
