Update:

The Exhaust sounds great bike looks great did a bunch of stuff with the down time . Headed out to Dyno Solution LLC. In Danbuery CT on tuesday for a custom tune will keep you all informed

will post dyno shee if any one intrested.?

Last one  I am real happy with the system

Tips i found made this easy when doing the pair valve removal the small vacume cap you have to put on super east 2min fix

What you need is $1 store spring graber thing you know the 2' long sprong with the button with the 4 fingers to grab nuts/ bolts droped

I used thin shaft screwdriver

Used screwdriver to pop off long hose slip between the acc cable bracket.

Put vacume cap on spring holder insert and hold use the screwdriver to push the cap on
Done !!!

No air box removal !!!!!  Try it worked for me  and made my own block off plates took .5 hr with air cut off wheel and polisher look great and works just the same al flat stock or scrap trace your stock pair end and cut /drill
