I could not resist the temptation! I ended up buying a Muzzy Taitanium full exhaust system, with Carbon Fiber can from Schnitz.

I have come across this board that the Pair Valve mod is almost mandatory, I wanna do it on Elenor... but I'm not able to find those Pair Valve Blocks on the Schnitz site. Any idea where I can buy them online

Also, can people who have done the mod please give me a small brief as to how its done

Showing pictures of the mod will also help

Thanks in advance for all the help

I bookmarked this thread a while back of Busahaya's install pics for when I do the mod.

You Still have to remove the pair valve and plug a line. The BDE pair kit comes with detailed instructions, so it should be an easy install.

Another thing that you may want to remember...as a tip...is that any time you are doing work on or around the header area, behind the radiator...tape a piece of cardboard to the back of the radiator to help protect it, as even your hand touching those little metal fins will bend them.

I was under the impression that instead of removing the pair to the mod (move line from air box to crank) gives ya about a 2 hp gain vs removing it and saving 1.5 lbs?

Shenoyp, how much did the exhaust hit you for, if you don't mind me asking? I am a real big Muzzy fan from my Kawasaki days. I have two RS3's right now, but I know 4 to 1 with a Muzzy would sound dayum good.

palaya... i bought it from schnitzracing.com, and the full titanium exhaust along with carbon fiber cans cost me in the range of about 1,200$ (a lil less than that actually)

You might want to checkout their site... they have quite a few options with exhausts

I'm a new fan of Muzzy stuff... after I bought their alluminium fan for the radiator! That one works so well... thats half the reason that I opted for a muzzy exhaust system

Great job shenoyp. Sounds like you've got everything just about under control.

If you guys are ever needing pair valve block off plates let me know. We sell CNC machined ones on our website for $19.95. Go to products then to engine components.

Hey Pro Machining, Thanks, I got your plates off eBay a while back and they where 14.95$ great quaulity just like the next. Don't know why spend 60$ for pieces of metal rather than 14$ that function just like the rest
