Ships now on the way to Kenya with it's cargo. Meanwhile, the CPT and it's motley Pirate crew are adrift in a life boat, out of gas (they made a great selection of a get away boat) , with a US Destroyer bobbing along side . Only question is how to extradite the CPT safly.

1 diver in the water at night. put a few small holes in the raft, swim back and wait for them to ask for help to be plucked out of the ocean.
