What would you guys use to remove the stickers that are on the painted body panels?

As the OP of this thread, just posting the solution that worked for others searching through posts.

Heat worked for the stickers on the black plastic bits where your knees touch. Not so well on the tank. After removing as much as possible from the tank with fingernails and PLASTIC spatula or similar implement, much residue remained. Tried eucalyptus oil - FAIL. Many household cleaners - FAIL. Olive oil - FAIL. Windex - FAIL.

WD40 - SUCCESS! Came of very very easy with wd40.
